Home Prices Up An Average of 6.15 percent Nationally
The Takeaway:

  • The most recent Quarterly Home Price Index report was released by The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA).
  • The report examined homes prices throughout the US, both at a State and Regional level. It found that ALL States, except for Alaska, Delaware, West Virginia & Wyoming saw an increase in home prices.
