If your house is currently on the market and you are not receiving any offers, start by looking at the look at your listing price. Studies show that pricing your home just 10% above market value will dramatically lessens the demand for your house, compared to the competition and will ultimately end up with a lower sales price, after it remains on the market for an extended period.
